i had a great stay at aris! the location is fantastic, just steps away from the grand place. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, really open to feedback. i appreciated how clean the room was. it was also comfy, making my solo trip enjoyable.

the shower pressure was a bit weak.

A delightful stay in Brussels

Located just a stone's throw from Grand Place, the hotel is not only central but surrounded by delightful cafés and shops. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring I slept well throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, roadworks nearby were a bit noisy in the early mornings, and while the café offered good options, I wished for a more extensive breakfast selection.

My experience at Aris Grand Place Hotel was frustrating. The air conditioning in my room was not only ineffective. it broke down midway through my stay, forcing me to change rooms. To make matters worse, the replacement room also had AC issues that left me sweaty and uncomfortable at night. I reached out to the reception multiple times, but service fell flat as staff seemed uninterested in resolving complaints. It’s incredibly disappointing when a hotel's location shines, but the essential amenities fail to deliver.

Location is unbeatable! Just steps away from everything, making sightseeing a breeze. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ready to help with any needs. Breakfast in the café was delightful, though it can get a bit busy later. Just a heads-up, streets can be noisy at night. Still, a fantastic choice for Brussels!

The shower head allows for great water pressure. The housekeeping was slow to respond.

The location was perfect for exploring Brussels with our three young kids. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Manneken Pis and the Royal Galeries Saint-Hubert, both just a short walk away. Clean and safe, this hotel was a family-friendly spot to return to after a busy day!

Comfortable room, convenient location, with the added benefit of friendly staff who were prompt in addressing my questions and the hotel being secured at night with a key badge system to enhance guest safety.

I had a wonderful stay! The bathroom had amazing rituals products, and breakfast options were tasty and filling, even though not super varied. One thing, though, the room was smaller than expected from the photos. I'd definitely come back!
